Phytochemicals found in dandelion root tea

On 21 September 2016, the Health Eternally web site published an article headlined “Scientists Find Root That Kills 98% of Cancer Cells in Only 48 Hours,” proclaiming that: According to Dr. Carolyn Hamm from the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre in Ontario, Canada, dandelion root extract was the only thing that helped with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. This form of cancer typically affects older adults.

John Di Carlo, who at the time was a 72-year old cancer patient at the hospital, was sent home to live out his final days after all efforts failed to treat his leukemia. He told CBC News that he was advised to drink dandelion root tea as a last ditch effort. Perhaps it should have been the first option offered in his treatment plan, as his cancer went into remission only four months later! His doctors attributed this to the dandelion root tea that he drank.

Recent studies have shown that dandelion root extract can work very quickly on cancer cells, as was evidenced in Di Carlo’s case. Within 48 hours of coming into contact with the extract, cancerous cells begin to disintegrate. The body happily replaces these with healthy new cells.

Back in February 2012. CBC reporting indicated only that researchers “hoped to test” dandelion root’s potential as a treatment for one specific type of cancer, not that dandelion root had actually been established as an effective cancer cure. Researchers hope to test dandelion tea on patients at a Windsor, Ont., clinic after it was found the roots of the weed killed cancer cells in the laboratory.

The promising research is being led by a University of Windsor oncologist, in association with the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. Dr. Caroline Hamm said dandelion root extract is unique, and is one of the only things found to help with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. The roots of the common dandelion were ground up and made into tea. According to researchers, early results show that the tea kills cancer cells in the lab.

Interest in dandelion root as a cancer-fighting substance was not new in September 2016, as the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center has (among others) been looking at the plant since at least 2010. Sloan-Kettering’s web site currently indicates that as yet no data support the claim of dandelion root as an effective cancer preventive or treatment. Dandelion is used in traditional medicine to treat many ailments. Laboratory studies have shown that dandelion can kill certain bacteria and other microbes. It was also found to have anticancer properties in colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, leukemia, and melanoma cells.

Dr. Caroline Hamm, a medical oncologist at the Windsor Cancer Centre in Windsor, Ont. who is leading the study [says] she’s seen improvements in some patients who drink dandelion root tea purchased at health food stores, “Most of the responses that I have seen are very short. but there’s a signal there that I think is worthwhile of further investigation,” she said.

They are Phytochemicals in the dandelion roots. Chicfarm believes.
Phytochemicals are naturally occurring plant chemicals (phyto means plant in Greek). They provide plants with color, odor and flavor. Once people eat them, however, research shows they can influence the chemical processes inside our bodies in helpful ways.Findings from laboratory studies have shown that phytochemicals have the potential to:

• Stimulate the immune system
• Block substances we eat, drink and breathe from becoming carcinogens
• Reduce the kind of inflammation that makes cancer growth more likely
• Prevent DNA damage and help with DNA repair
• Reduce the kind of oxidative damage to cells that can spark cancer
• Slow the growth rate of cancer cells
• Trigger damaged cells to commit suicide before they can reproduce
• Help to regulate hormones

While research continues, the best bets for achieving the maximum health benefits possible include:
• Eat a varied diet high in a variety of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans
• Favor brightly colored or strongly flavored vegetables and fruits, which are often the best sources of phytochemicals

• Stick to food sources – phytochemicals in supplement form may not be as easily absorbed as those from food.

Taiwan Preventive Medicine by 13,000 Phytochemicals lodging in the roots of aeroponics vegetables

In recent years, the incidence of malignant tumors has gradually increased, so how to prevent cancer has become an important issue. There are many studies confirmed the relationship between phytochemicals and the prevention of cancers, such as: 2007 US clinical study showed that women daily intake 3 grams of isoflavones can  reduce 44% of the risk of ovarian cancer successfully.

Phytochemicals are nature bio-chemicals constituents in plant foods. They are very different from vitamins and minerals, including: Polyphenols, Indoles, Flavonoids, Allium compound, Lycopene, Saponins, Coumarins... etc.

Phytochemicals in fruits and vegetables also proven to have anti-cancer effects, such as improving human immunity, induced by malignant and then transformation of benign cancer cells, promoting cancer cell apoptosis, antioxidant, inhibition of cancer cell message, resistance to cancer cell proliferation, reducing carcinogens; anti-mutation, induced differentiation of benign cells , the inhibition of almost all cancer cells growth.

In fact, plant phytochemicals exist here in the earth for hundreds of millions of years, but our modern scientists not found these real materials to prevent diseases from plant precious phytochemicals until now. University of Wyoming nutrition professor Libeman has repeatedly stressed out that our green vegetables, not only have minerals and vitamins, but also the many non-found, not able to be duplicated - Phytochemicals.

Taiwan Chicfarm is very proud to speak out loud that 70% of the phytochemicals has been found out lodging in the root skins of aeroponics vegetables successfully, which will complete the mission of human preventive medicine successfully in the near future, so human beings are relieved from fierce threats of all kinds of cancers.

Nakamura Takakod, a Japanese well-known health food writer, she also pointed out that the existence of phytochemicals most is from the skins of the plant roots indeed.

Housewives Come to Chicfarm for Vegetable Taste Test

Housewives Come to Chicfarm for Vegetable Taste Test

Last weekend, there are neighborhood housewives carrying their husbands directly to our GrowGiza city farm to ask for a taste test of aeroponics vegetables.

Some of them bringing their own Japanese Salad Sauce, some more professional, actually buying some Nitrate testers to test out the pesticides. Fortunately, our GrowGiza veggie babies are strong and healthy, all pass.

Some housewives rushed to ask: we want to rent a growing board of GrowGiza to grow our own food.

Some of them using vegetable roots to make a soup base to release all the plant nutrient elements, and make a root tea (taste just like Ginseng Tea, which we never thought about it...)

Some of them said: our daughter working at hospital, we want to take one growing board to sell safe food to the illness.

Some of them, after eating, asked to join us as a growing class to grow own food, own green gifts, and earning a little cash out of it?

We are very touched after heard they saying: this is to sell as REAL FOOD, without self consuming, not able to sell out to the public. I don't know how do those rich enterprises who sell food, but not dare to eat themselves react to these housewives? They are just normal, small, ordinary civilians like you and me.

Good job, Taiwan housewives. Thank you for your lessons.

Taiwan Chicfarm plant factory's cream cabbages since Nov. 8, 2016

On November 8, we transplanted cream cabbages to our GrowGizas in Taiwan Chicfarm plant factory, they just like summer sunflowers into a full bloom, making city farmers, us, really happy!

Aeroponics Growgiza plant factory is really quite fun to enjoy life, no need to work our butts off for a land preparation, fertilization nor constantly irrigation, simply no such heavy labor works, so we can sit back and watch our babies growing and growing, and then? Guess what will be done? Sale! Sale! And Sale!

Vegetables are the most faithful employees who do not strike, and best part of them are no need to write any pay checks, either!

We do not know where the mimosa coming from and now flowering out of round pink cute flower balls, Mimosa- if the leaves are touched, they will curl up like a shy girl. As if it is bowing to the  people. What a polite plant it is. Therefore, its florid is "polite."

Those who are blessed by the birth of this flower is also known for good conducts, and been found of  the elderly people. Not too bad to have a life like this.
