How does Chicfarm fog system work on mass crops?

We have gotten a lot of enquires about our fog system lately. Here is the basic introduction for our readers.

It does not use the solid media but atomizes the nutrition fogs to the plant root system directly, to supply its need of nutrition and oxygen. Each 2-3min atomizes 10-20 seconds.

                    

                               

                                                              

The influence to crops

We grow tomato by fog system which increase the leaf blade chlorophyll content and photosynthesizes speed. Each fruit's single fruit weight more and higher yield per plant. The stem thickness and the single stem fruit result numbers not change. This indicated the fog cultivates enhance the plant leaf blade photosynthesis, and the photosynthesis revolution, also the increase of tomato fruit output.

Fog system structure

For "A" shape fog system tower, you need to build a triangle frame to support tower's side styrofoam trays, size at W 1.2M x H 1.8M x L 2.0M for its fog system to insert in. Fog system includes spraying pipes, timer, water pump and a nutrition tank underneath to collect the dropping solution as recycle nutrition. Each side tray built-in 200 pots to grow vegetables, one A tower having 4 side trays, total 800 pots. This system only needs 10 % out of normal hydroponics growing system, but produce 4 times more yields. Initial setup might take more time and investment to establish, but the outcome will blow you away, quite worthy of it.
